Der Autonome Verband der Südtiroler Gemeindesekretäre ist die Gemeinschaft der Gemeindesekretäre, Vizegemeindesekretäre und Sekretäre der Bezirksgemeinschaften der Autonomen Provinz Bozen-Südtirol und somit das Sprachrohr dieser Berufskategorie.

Jede Gemeinde hat einen Gemeindesekretär, jede Bezirksgemeinschaft einen Sekretär der Bezirksgemeinschaft. Die Sekretäre sind die ranghöchsten Beamten der Gemeinde und der Bezirksgemeinschaft sowie die engsten Mitarbeiter des Bürgermeisters bzw. des Präsidenten der Bezirksgemeinschaft.

The Provincial Autonomous Municipal Secretaries Union of Bolzano is the association of municipal secretaries, municipal vice-secretaries and secretaries of the Provincial district communities of Bol-zano-Southtyrol, and thus it represents the whole professional category.
Each municipality has its secretary and each district community has its secretary also. These secretaries are the senior officials of the municipalities and the district communities and the closest co-operators of mayors and presidents of district communities.
